These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Tyzle's website, applications, private-beta service, provider connection features, and related materials. Tyzle is the public brand and DBA of Paravit, LLC. In these Terms, "Tyzle," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Paravit, LLC doing business as Tyzle. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tyzle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms from third-party providers may also apply when you connect those services.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use Tyzle under applicable law. Tyzle may decline, limit, or discontinue private-beta access.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for safeguarding access to your account, and for activity under your account. You should notify Tyzle if you believe your account or connected provider authorization has been compromised.

Private-beta status

Tyzle is an early-stage private-beta service. Features may be incomplete, experimental, changed, limited, interrupted, or discontinued. Tyzle may add, remove, or revise features as the product evolves.

Authorized provider connections

You may choose to connect third-party providers such as Strava where supported. Tyzle will access provider data only after authorization and only for service functionality connected to your Tyzle experience. Provider access is read-only where supported unless future functionality explicitly requires otherwise and you authorize it.

Provider services are operated by third parties. Tyzle is not responsible for their availability, terms, policies, data, or decisions. You are responsible for complying with provider terms when connecting a provider account.

User ownership and processing license

As between you and Tyzle, you retain ownership of the information and activity data you provide or authorize Tyzle to access. You grant Tyzle a limited license to host, process, copy, transform, analyze, display, and otherwise use that information as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Tyzle service and your personal athlete experience.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tyzle to:

• violate applicable law or third-party rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or provider connections;
• interfere with service security, integrity, or availability;
• upload malicious code or intentionally corrupt data;
• misrepresent your identity or provider authorization;
• use Tyzle output to harm yourself or others.

Experimental and evolving features

Tyzle features, measurements, observations, explanations, and future coaching-support outputs may change as evidence, methods, and product decisions evolve. Tyzle may revise algorithms, user interfaces, provider integrations, and availability at any time.

No medical advice

Tyzle provides informational and coaching-support tools and is not a medical provider. Athletes should consult qualified medical professionals regarding health, symptoms, injuries, medical conditions, medication, diagnosis, treatment, or decisions that may affect health or safety.

No guarantee of athletic outcomes

Tyzle does not guarantee performance improvement, race results, fitness gains, injury prevention, health outcomes, or training adherence. Training results depend on many factors outside Tyzle's control.

Athlete responsibility and training safety

You are responsible for your training decisions, equipment, environment, effort, and safety. You should stop or modify activity when conditions, symptoms, equipment, or judgment make training unsafe. Tyzle output should not override your judgment, applicable rules, medical guidance, traffic laws, or safety requirements.

Intellectual property

Tyzle owns or licenses the service, software, website, design, documentation, names, branding, and other Tyzle materials. These Terms do not transfer Tyzle intellectual property to you. You may use Tyzle only as permitted by these Terms.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas, Tyzle may use them without restriction or compensation, while your personal information remains subject to the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Tyzle may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Tyzle does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their actions or availability.

Suspension and termination

Tyzle may suspend or terminate access if Tyzle reasonably believes you violated these Terms, created security risk, misused the service, caused legal risk, or if the private beta changes or ends. You may stop using Tyzle at any time.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion by contacting privacy@tyzle.com. Deletion may be subject to verification, legal requirements, backup-retention requirements, and retention needed to protect security, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable obligations.

Disclaimers

Tyzle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Tyzle disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and accuracy of outputs, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tyzle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, training interruption, provider unavailability, or athletic outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Tyzle harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Because Tyzle has not published a jurisdiction-specific governing-law clause here, nothing in this section chooses a forum, venue, or jurisdiction beyond what applicable law provides.

Changes to these Terms

Tyzle may update these Terms as the service evolves. If changes are material, Tyzle will provide reasonable notice through the website, application, or email where available. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
