Athlete-first
Tyzle begins with the individual athlete, not a predefined methodology. Training choices should emerge from the athlete's state, goals, and reality.
Your Adaptive Edge.
Tyzle builds an evidence-based understanding of your training history, patterns, goals, and changing reality so future coaching can adapt to you rather than forcing you into a fixed template.
Built for serious endurance athletes, with an initial cycling focus.
Why Tyzle
Tyzle starts by improving the athlete model: what is known, how it is known, what has changed, and where uncertainty remains.
Tyzle begins with the individual athlete, not a predefined methodology. Training choices should emerge from the athlete's state, goals, and reality.
Validated activities become immutable evidence. Deterministic measurements summarize that evidence before any belief or recommendation is formed.
Important recommendations must be reducible to evidence through reasoning, beliefs, measurements, and provenance.
Athletes change. Tyzle preserves history while giving temporally relevant evidence more weight when describing the athlete today.
From history to understanding
Imported history is not treated as one lifetime average. Tyzle keeps the evidence, calculates reproducible measurements, recognizes that athletes change, and exposes the reasoning behind its current understanding.
Recency-aware
A long training history is valuable only when time is modeled honestly. Tyzle distinguishes historical truth, current state, established tendencies, and transitions between athlete eras.
Older evidence remains useful for context, comparisons, and change detection. Recent evidence matters more when the question is who the athlete is right now.
An athlete may have trained 20 hours per week years ago and approximately 7 hours per week today. Tyzle preserves both truths while giving recent evidence greater relevance to current understanding.
Current capability
The private beta is early, but the core evidence and athlete-understanding foundation is real.
Privacy and control
Tyzle uses athlete data to provide the Tyzle service and improve that athlete's personal experience.
Provider connections are athlete-authorized. Tyzle requests read-only activity access where supported and does not post activities to Strava.
Tyzle does not sell athlete data, use connected athlete data for advertising, or disclose provider data to data brokers.
Connections can be disconnected. Account and data deletion can be requested, subject to legal and backup-retention requirements.
Private beta
The current site is static, so private-beta interest goes through email rather than a fake sign-up flow.
Send a short note with your sport focus, current training tools, and what you would want adaptive coaching to understand about you.
